Personal data

Q: Does the video capture include audio in the vehicle? A: Audio recording is optional and is off by default. The user can enable it in the settings.

Q: How does the app ensure the in-cab video is never recorded? (Or do you support any external camera type systems/telematics as data sources?) A: Since Roadly does not have any logic for working with the front camera, it is not supported by our “Roadly PRO” app. Alternatively, you can purchase front camera stickers to ensure privacy.

Q: If there are humans in the recorded area, are they blurred, or how is it handled so the solution does not contain personal information? A: Roadly masks people and cars using neural networks for blurring.
